The Family Constellation Intake is 30-45 minutes. Before we meet, I will send you a short intake form about your family history so we can discuss why you are interested in a Family Constellation session and then set intentions for the work we will do together.

Online Healing Sessions
- Distance Craniosacral Healing: 60 Mins - $135
- This session is conducted via phone or video and combines Energy Healing and Craniosacral Therapy. We will work with the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic realms to bring your body, heart, and mind into alignment. For the initial session, I prefer to use Zoom; for the next session phone or Zoom is fine, whichever you prefer. Before your session, please find a comfortable place to sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed.

- This session is conducted via phone or video and combines Energy Healing and Craniosacral Therapy. We will work with the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic realms to bring your body, heart, and mind into alignment. The Family Constellation session is approximately 2 hours long. Before we begin, please find a place where you can sit comfortably and won't be disturbed. You're welcome to bring a candle and any special items that help you feel safe and grounded. I look forward to working with you.
